A rare blue moon & Halloween combination.

A rare blue moon will be spotted in the sky on 31'st October and yes that's the night of Halloween. The last time the blue moon and Halloween spotted in the year 1944. So this is very rare combination of cool moon and spooky Halloween night.
However, this is not the fully blue moon because it's the second full moon of the month but it's considered as a blue moon.
This rare sight seen after 76 years. So if you look back in the past it's happened on 'WORLD WAR' era.
